Every rack is handpicked, guaranteed to be meaty, moist, tender, and delicious. They are dusted with our magic dry rub overnight, then smoked low and slow until tender and mouth wateringly delicious. They are smoked as a full rack with applewood for an average of 7 hours and sauced at the end with our house made BBQ sauce. When bitten the meat pulls clean from the bone. Price is for a full rack, half racks are available.

Artisan Craft Sauces

Our House Made Sauces are available in 14.5 oz bottles and cone in Original, Peach, Peach Habanero, and Pineapple Habanero flavors!

These sauces come from a recipe given to me years ago by a 72 yo Cajun man. They are sweet and tangy and made with all natural ingredients. It pairs well with pork, chicken, beef, and wild game. They're great as a glaze on the grill or a dipping sauce. You have never had anything like them!
